Do you provide printed catalogs?

Because we are limited in supply of products, they often sell out faster than we would be able to summarize them on a printed catalog. If you would like to be updated with our hottest trends, sales, promotions, or new arrivals, please subscribe to us on dailyshoes.com.

    We truly understand that you may not always like the shoes you buy online, so for our customers’ convenience, Shoes19 accepts all returns within 365 Days (1 year from the day you placed the order). If a refund is not possible (expired credit card or Gift ), we can only provide a store credit or exchange.

    Shoes returned in the original condition and packaging merit a full refund on your order less shipping and handling charges.

    Orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% or $7 restocking fee, whichever is higher.


    Refunds must meet these simple requirements: 
    1. Item must be in the same condition that you received it. (Tried on carpet for fit and sizing)
    2. Item must be returned within 365 days of payment date.
    3. Please include the completed return form.

     

    Exchanges: Due to unpredictable sales, we no longer offer exchanges. If you would like a different size/color/style, you can return your current order for a refund, and place a new order at your convenience.

Warranty

Our products do not warrant against wear and tear. If you have any problems with your product, please contact our customer service and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

 

Backorders

Occasionally, some of our more popular products will be offered before they are available. Those who check out multiple items which include these products will have their package shipped when all items are available. All back-orders will receive an email notification and update. To cancel a backorder for a full refund, please contact our customer service and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

 

Damaged Package/Items

All packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If the package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. An item that is found damaged upon receipt is entitled to a full refund provided that we are notified within 1 business day from the date of receipt. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may offer a full refund without having to trouble you with the entire return process. In that case, we may ask you to take a picture of the item and packaging.

 

Price Guarantee

We have a 30-day price guarantee. While shopping with us, you never have to worry about missing out on a sale. If shoes go on sale within 30 days after you make your purchase, we will reimburse you for the difference in the sales price.

 

Price Matching

Unfortunately, because other stores may have different return policies, we will not be able to offer any price matches.
